From 26.11 to 28.11.2017 the regional skill competition of working professions World Skills in the skill "Manufacturing of products from polymeric materials" was held on the production site of MCC "BETAR" Ltd.
WorldSkills International is a not for profit membership association open to agencies or bodies which have a responsibility for promoting vocational education and training in their respective countries/regions. WorldSkills International operates worldwide and is politically and denominationally neutral.
Established in 2011, the WorldSkills Foundation is dedicated to strengthening and growing competitions as a means of promoting the skills movement nationally, regionally and globally through shared research, education and advocacy objectives with WorldSkills International.
The venue was recommended by the Ministry of industry and trade of RT as the most suitable location for equipping and training level of production on this competence.
The championship was attended by 6 representatives from various educational institutions and industries RT, including the representative of our company and student of knitu-KAI — Mukhametzyanov I. R.
The contest task was divided into 3 stages:
- Creating the 3D math model of a part
- Designing the injection mold and creating the processing program of forming parts for CNC machines.
- Test tooling in the injection molding machine and determining the quality of molded parts.
It must be pointed out that such Championships help to promote workforce professions, engineering. All participants and experts received certificates of participants and winners were awarded with medals. A representative of our company took the 2nd place, which is a very good result given that it was the first experience. Also MCC "BETAR" Ltd. established the additional nomination "the Best young professional", which was awarded to the winner of the championship Khakimov sh.N.
