Regional offices complete packets of purchase orders for BETAR products, according to them the company develops its production plan. Regional offices are empowered to carry out trading transactions, warranty and after-sale service of products, operate trade-in service, represent the company interests in the state and supervisory bodies, participate as the technical expert in examination of claims for BETAR products.

If there is no sales office in your region, your order will be sent directly to MCC BETAR Ltd. Products are delivered after receipt of 100% advanced payment on the settlement account.
Payment is made against the invoice issued after you place an order. The order sheet (in free format) should be addressed to CEO and include the name and quality of desired products. Orders are accepted by fax, regular post and e-mail.

Products with manufacturing defects revealed by appropriate services before expiration of a warranty period are returnable to MCC BETAR Ltd. at the company’s expense.

MCC BETAR Ltd. reserves the right to counter inspection of product deficiency (using its own facilities) and accuracy of accompanying certificates. In case of evidence of improper installation (for example, welding application) or operation that led to product failure, all cost for replacement, repair, delivery and inspection of the given product are to be paid by the customer.

By agreement with the customer and at the expense of MCC BETAR Ltd. the company replaces a defective product by a quality product (maximum within one calendar month from the date of defect reveal) or compensates total cost of defective product within seven banking days from the date of confirmation of revealed defects by its services.

Orders are delivered by parcel post, motor or railway transport as agreed together with the customer.

Price includes product cost, VAT, tare and packing, expenses on handling the certificates of conformity of the Russian Federation.

Freight and postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
